The diagrams comprise a set of standard machines referred to
the circumferential pitches, namely:
.../115 for 100mm. Of maximum diameter of bottles.
.../137 for 130mm. Of maximum diameter of bottles.
The indicated treatment times are the total rinsing times of the
bottles and splitable to obtain a different types of treatments,
for instance:
1) Only with lost H2O.
2)Rinsing with recycled H2O + rinsing with
H2O + O3 ; H2O + ClONa.
3)Rinsing with recycled H2O and ClONa +
rinsing with H2O; H2O
+ H2O + SO2.
4)Rinsing with recycled H2O + NaOH +
rinsing with hot H2O recycled and
continually renewed + rinsing with H2O; H2O + O3 ; H2O
+ ClNa.
For all types of treatment is possible to add a final sterilized
air injection.
