The GRIPSPRAY-IN
TK-SP bottle rinser is born with the intention of
making larger the versatile range of our rinsers.It has been studied to rationalize the ratio between machine dimensions and treatment time; furthermore new GRIPSPRAY-IN TK-SP distinguish itself for the easy and quick change-over. The installation is suggested when specific request involve manifold and frequently change-over.
The
GRIPSPRAY-IN TK-SP bottle rinser has been studied to satisfy all
requirements of the Customers, regarding the times and types of
treatment of glass and/or plastic bottle.Easy and quick change-over that, whit bottle of same diameter and different height is made trough the automatic adjustment of rinsing-plate.
The bottles are kept perfect vertically and axially with the bottle sprayers and the rinsing sprayers are activated only in presence of the bottles and when the sprayers are inside the bottle-necks.
The machine
is equipped with circulation basin/s and pump/s and/or heating
equipments for the rinsing liquids, and sterilizing equipments
with water and ozone (OZO-MIX).
