Sterilizer - Mizer
Bottle sterilization
with a water-ozone solution is becoming more and more widespread
in all fields due to the strong oxidizing effect of ozone, which
has a powerful germicidal effect. When used in appropriate
concentrations, it does not alter either the odor or the taste of
the product put into the bottle.
The system consists of:
- An ozone generator, where oxygen (O2)
is transformed into ozone (O3)
inside effluvium flasks by means of high voltage electric
discharge.
- A contact tower made of AISI 316 grade stainless steel
where the water remains in contact with the ozone for as
long as necessary to achieve sterilization and , of
course, the required ozone concentration (approximately 6
minutes).
- A recirculating mixing system (pumps P1 + P2) for the
intake of fresh water(P1) and water already treated (P2),
Venturi for ozone absorption in the solution. Two
electrically actuated valves (EVL1 + EVL2) for the
control of recirculation and mixing. Also including
hydraulic barrier, pressure gauge and interconnecting
pipework in PVC.
- Integral control panel, complete with redox meter, manual
controls and mimic panel.
Upon request, the system can be supplied whit the following
option:
- Air drying unit, consisting of two activated alumina
columns with dry re-generation system.
- Compressor for drawing air from atmosphere.
- Automatic ozone production controls utilizing automatic
electronic devices interlocked with the redox meter.
- Stainless steel interconnections pipework to rinser.
- Skid mounting, control panel and unit side panels made of
staniless steel.
